Essex Sands Hosting Its First Lights of Love Service
Each year in December, Sands holds Lights of Love services up and down the country so that families can come together and remember their babies. Usually the closest service to us is in London so we are delighted to announce that we have been able to arrange our first Lights of Love service in Essex this year.
We know that the family focus of Christmas and New Year can be hard for bereaved families and our service will be a space to come together and hold dear ones close. Everyone is welcome regardless of religious background. There will be an opportunity at the service to light a candle and write your babies names on a tag to hang on our Christmas Tree. Tea, coffee, soft drinks and mince pies will be provided after the service.
